I have extensive premises liability experience including representing landowners and property management companies against claims alleging injuries caused by unnatural accumulations. I counsel and defend attorneys involved with legal malpractice claims. My professional liability work extends to the representation of parties in state court and at ARDC disciplinary hearings..
