Despina began her legal career practicing civil litigation, estate planning and probate administration for a firm located near Boston. She later managed that firm’s litigation department.. Since joining Gosselin Law, her practice has concentrated in probate litigation, including will and fiduciary contests, and probate and trust administration. In one of her more unique cases she successfully defended a challenge to the Massachusetts Intestacy laws before the Appeals Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts..
