Ann has been practicing in the Family Law area since 1987 after completing a Judicial Clerkship in Freeborn County, Minnesota.  She returned to Wisconsin to practice and has 24 years of experience with divorce, complex custody matters, mediation, adoption, and guardian ad litem work -representing children in family matters.  She has been litigating family law cases for her entire career, but is also proud of her ability to mediate and negotiate resolutions for a substantial number of her clients.  Knowing how to litigate is important, knowing how to resolve the issue short of litigation can be more important.. When not involved with the practice of law, Ann enjoys music, singing, playing golf, and working outside in her gardens.  It is important to balance your life with things that are not what you do every day.  Ann likes to travel and enjoys being involved in her church.. Ann's goals are to do the best she can  for each client, to help them move forward so they can get on with their lives, and to be an advocate for their concerns.  Not everyone gets what they want in a lawsuit, but you need to know the law and how it applies to your case.  Ann tries to educate her clients about what to expect and how the courts make decisions.
