He is an outdoorsman who understands the needs and problems of both businessmen and individuals, whether rich or poor. Mr. Neal operates a small law firm in West Knoxville, but provides the same services you would expect to find in a much larger group. He frequently travels to other jurisdictions, and invites your inquires no matter where you live in the state of Tennessee. You’ll find Mr. Neal in a cowboy hat more often than a suit…..but you will quickly learn that he is a dedicated advocate who will fight for every one of your rights.
