I am licensed to practice by the United States Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of the State of Arizona, and the Federal District Court of Arizona.  Mypractice focuses in assisting businesses, forward thinking entrepreneurs, and industry leaders in overcoming their legal obstacles.  I assist myclients in a myriad of commercial issues in a vast spectrum of industries.  Specifically, I have significant experience in corporate transactions, corporate formation, regulatory compliance, real estate, and intellectual property protection.  In addition to mytransaction practice, I have significant litigation experience in state and federal court as well as appearing in front of regulatory boards and committees.. More importantly, I believe in bettering our society.  I have spent mytime as an adjunct professors at law, publishing articles in legal journals, educating youth on our legal system, participating in charity fundraising campaigns, coaching, and sitting on tax exempt charitable boards and foundations.
