Touch America was a telecommunications company. In those years I gained substantial expertise in the following areas of the law: energy/natural resource law, real estate law, commercial law, corporate and business entity law, regulatory and governmental affairs law, and environmental, safety and health law. In addition to these specialties, I have experience in many other matters such as anti-trust law, records retention, securities and tax, financing, and employment law.
