Randy has an extensive background in real estate law and sales, and has advised literally thousands of buyers and sellers in real estate transactions over the course his career.. Randy graduated cum laude from the Seattle University School of Law in the class of 2000, and became a member of the Washington State Bar Association that same year. Randy has been certified by the Washington State Department of Licensing as real estate Broker and has served in that capacity for several real estate firms including the Windermere Real Estate Company. He is also certified as a continuing education Instructor for real estate licensees, and as a Designated Escrow Officer by the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions.. Randy's unique pairing of real estate law and sales experience allows him to provide his clients with a level of service, expertise and representation far beyond what most buyers or sellers would receive in a traditional real estate transaction.
