This lawyer is terrible. I filed for divorce back in October and haven't heard anything from him since. Tried calling multiple times and left messages and nothing. Do not recommend using him.
I am a single mother who spent most of their life homeless. Mr Kersey took $1500 from me and said he would get me custody of my son. All he did was send my sons dad a letter and then refuse to answer my calls. Haven't heard back from him in over a year. Still haven't gotten custody.
This is by far the most incompetent attorney I’ve ever used in my life, I’d definitely recommend this guy if you’re looking to waste your time and money, he didn’t even show up to court after telling me to be there 30 minutes early the day …
