Kyle J. Shelton has dedicated his practice to insurance bad faith, helping clients who have had their long-term care or long-term disability benefits denied. Kyle received his law degree from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2009, and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Northern Arizona University in 2006. Kyle has a 10/10 rating by and has been recognized in the 2011 and 2010 Arizona Attorney’s Creative Arts Competition for his work in humor.
