Prior to joining the Old Towne Associates, P.C., Ms. Pimentel served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for the City of Portsmouth where she gained trial experience litigating misdemeanor and felony criminal matters.. Ms. Pimentel earned her B.S. from Mary Washington University in Economics with Honors. While in college, Ms. Pimentel received the Henry W. Heweston Economics Award and served as Associate Editor of Issues in Political Economy, the leading undergraduate research journal in economics.. Ms. Pimentel earned her J.D. from Regent University School of Law. While there, Ms. Pimentel served as Senior Editor of the Regent University Law Review and received the Law Review Best Staffer Award in the Fall of 2019. She also served as Legal Research & Writing Director of the Moot Court Board, and as Presiding Officer of the Honor Counsel. She was also a member of the Hispanic Law Students Association. Additionally, while in law school, Ms. Pimentel was the recipient of an Academic Merit Award, the Ronald L. Fick Book Award, and the Wilbur Leland Brown Endowed Scholarship..
