I am experienced land use attorney who cut my chops as counsel for the Master Builders Association for five years before going solo.  I am a past chair of the American Bar Association Committee on Multifamily Housing and am also on the Executive Committee of the Washington State Bar Real Property Probate and Trust Section.  My client base is currently made up of small business primarily engagde in the acquisition, development and rehabilitation of real estate.  I have created and reviewed contracts, purchase and sales agreements, and limited liability companies.  In addition, I have drafted easement and other land use agreements and handled contractor disputes.  Finally, I have drafted motions before the Washington Growth Management Hearings Board and Superior Courts on a number of land use issues.
