Before law school, Mr. Swan was a real estate broker. Finding his passion for advocacy, he went to law school in Cleveland, Ohio. There, he clerked, interned, and worked closely with some of Ohio's top litigators, including one attorney who's argued in front of the U.S. Supreme Court three times in his career. Mr. Swan is a published author and accomplished public speaker. In 2006, he was ranked among the top 30 public speakers in the world after representing the state of Utah in Toastmasters' international speech competition.
