I am a former Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Norfolk and a Federal Prosecutor at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. I graduated from the University of Virginia and the University of South Carolina Law School.   Like my partner John, I served as a U.S. Marine, driving an M1A1 tank.  I also knows what it’s like to be an injury victim. During my early 20s, my car was hit by a drunk driver, and I spent several months in physical therapy. I experienced the frustration many clients face of dealing with insurance companies pressuring them to settle without a lawyer.. Today, I serve my community through the Gloucester Point Rotary Club, the Middle Peninsula Literacy Council, and the Gloucester Chamber of Commerce. I like to watch sports, fish, read military history, and play drums for a local band. I live with my wife Beth and young twins in Gloucester, Virginia.
