I am admitted to the Connecticut bar and to the federal district court of Connecticut.. I am a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.. I currently serve as the Chairman of the Connecticut Freedom of Information Commission.. I have previously worked as a Law Clerk to U.S. Administrative Law Judge G. Marvin Bober in Washington, D.C., and as a Law Clerk to U.S. Magistrate Judge F. Owen Eagan.. I was born in West Hartford, CT, where I grew up and returned to raise my family, and I currently live there with my wife. My education has included Northwest Catholic HIgh School, Wesleyan University, and the Georgetown University Law Center.
