Marvin Bober in Washington, D.C., and as a Law Clerk to U.S. Magistrate Judge F. Owen Eagan.. I was born in West Hartford, CT, where I grew up and returned to raise my family, and I currently live there with my wife. My education has included Northwest Catholic HIgh School, Wesleyan University, and the Georgetown University Law Center.
