I am a criminal defense and domestic relations lawyer practicing throughout Virginia, but predominantly in the Hampton Roads area. If you are charged with a crime, or if you are a man facing divorce, you need an attorney. Having had divorced parents as a child, I understand the need for a father to fight for as much custody and visitation as possible in Virginia's system. I have fought for custody for fathers, and I have won. I have fought against spousal support payments and I have fought to protect assets such as retirement accounts, military retirement, homes, and personal property, and I have won.
