He is a member of the Fairfax County Bar Association and the Northern Virginia Bankruptcy Bar Association. He and his family reside in Fairfax County. Mr. Bolger has been involved in youth sports as a coach for over fifteen years. He has been active in civic matters such as local traffic issues (eg, Route 7/Leesburg Pike traffic problems), serving as president of his homeowners association, and organizing a petition drive regarding school redistricting in his neighborhood.
