Kelly has been practicing law for 23 years and has brought more than 25 cases to jury verdicts with a greater than 90% success rate. She is passionate about creating equal opportunities in the workplace and is determined to fight for all employees. In addition, Kelly is a Board Advisor for the Albany Therapeutic Riding Center— a nonprofit organization that provides equine programs for people with physical and emotional disabilities. Kelly also volunteers with The Legal Project dedicating her time to the legal needs of the most vulnerable members of the Capital Region..
