Mr. Hilley served numerous years on the Board of the Texas Exes San Antonio Chapter. He served on the Board of Directors of the San Antonio Bar Association for 4 years.. After leaving the Bexar County District Attorney's office with over 8 years experience, Mr. Hilley founded Hilley & Solis Law with Carlos Solis.
