He is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey. Peter Briskin's practice s limited to and focused on representing people in New York and New Jersey who have suffered injuries as a result of automobile/motorcycle and bicycle accidents, pedestrains hit by vehicles and also delivery vehicles, slip/trip and fall accidents, nursing home negligence and dog bite cases.
