Michael Haven Bio
Attorney Michael Haven is a founding Partner of Genzale & Haven, LLP.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Michigan, and a J.D. degree from Northeastern School of Law in Boston. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association since 2003.   Attorney Haven practices in a wide range of areas in immigration law and domestic relations law.   In his immigration practice, Mr. Haven represents clients before the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, the Executive Office of Immigration Review, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of State, and U.S. Embassies and Consulates.  Mr. Haven works with a wide range of clients handling all types of immigration cases from employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant filings such as H1B visas, family-based immigrant filings, political asylum, waivers of inadmissibility, naturalization, and removal defense.  In addition, Mr. Haven has extensive experience in assisting professionals in the Computer Science fields obtain nonimmigrant H visas and green cards through the PERM process.  Mr. Haven has appeared on television and radio programs such as Empujando la Mañana, Tertulia Matinal, and Encuentro Latino to discuss immigration and family law issues.  He is fluent in Spanish having lived in Spain and South America.
