I served as Deputy Attorney General, an Assistant Attorney General and Special Counsel for the Attorney General's office.  I was in charge of the division in that office responsible for or worked cases involving consumer protection (from lemons to defrauded franshisees, false or deceptive advertising and claims, people who were taken advantage of, scams, shoddy home repairs, and more), antitrust, non-profits, corruption, and more. Upon leaving the Attorney General's office, I represented individuals, small businesses, non profits, teachers, students and administrators, immigrants, and others in and our of court or administrative agencies or boards.  When a federal, state or local agency targets an individual or business, the individual or business often feels overwhelmed.  We help people understand the issues, defend, and explore their options and have no hesitancy about going to trial or a hearing.  When an individual or business faces thorny legal problems, has been injured or damaged, or needs to defend against a demand or deal with a legal crisis, we stand up for them, fight to ensure their rights, and move aggressively him, her or them.. When not representing or helping on legal issues or problems, I enjoy baseball (Braves and Cardinals), college sports, track, cycling, and boxing.
