After graduating as valedictorian of his high school class, Steve fulfilled a life long dream by attending the University of Notre Dame, followed by his law school studies at the University of Oklahoma, Georgetown University, and the University of Oxford.. Steve began his legal career in Washington, D.C. as a litigation consultant before joining a small general litigation practice based in Fairfax, Virginia. It was during the five years spent in that setting that Steve discovered his passion for representing individuals and small businesses that need help navigating tough legal situations. He founded The Law Office of Stephen J. Salwierak, PLLC to focus on the legal needs of those people.. Steve lives in Nashville with his wife, Allison. In his free time, Steve enjoys traveling to explore new places, spending time with his family, hiking, fishing and cheering his heart out for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, and the Chicago Cubs who finally, miraculously, went all the way in 2016.
