Brooke Ellen Sanchez is a native of Mobile, Alabama where she attended college at the University of South Alabama. In 2002, she graduated from USA with a B.S. degree in Communications. After college, Brooke attended Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama and obtained her Juris Doctris in 2005. While in law school, Brooke served as an officer in Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. She also served as an officer of the Hispanic Student Association.. Brooke was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in September, 2006. Brooke started her legal career working for the State of Florida’s Department of Health in the Prosecution Services Unit, in which she prosecuted health care professionals who failed to meet the standard of care set out by Florida Law.. In February 2018, Brooke joined Kent Mcphail and Associates, a full service default servicing fimr, as the Managing Bankruptcy Attorney. In January 2023, the firm changed its name to McPhail Sanchez, LLC and Brooke is now managing partner.  McPhail Sanchez, LLC attorneys have a combined 85 years of experience in the representation of creditors.
