Kelly M. Kelly’s tax controversy and litigation experience includes representation of individual and corporate taxpayers and accounting professionals through all facets of civil and criminal tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Department of Justice, and state and local taxing authorities.  Matters handled include audit navigation, audit reconsideration, innocent spouse requests, penalty abatement/appeals, employment tax and trust fund recovery penalty (TFRP) cases, collections (liens, levies and garnishments), offers in compromise (OIC), installment agreements, non-filers and voluntary disclosures, offshore tax matters including OVDP/OVDI, claims for refund, and U.S. Tax Court and district court litigation and appeals.  She also represents clients in probate litigation, real estate transactions, and business formation, planning, transactions, and operations..
