I take great pride and pleasure when I can satisfactorily conclude a criminal case. I take special pride when my client recognizes the reasons why an event occurred so that future legal difficulties can be avoided. My ability to achieve those objectives has brought me considerable success. I have practiced criminal law since 1982 - handling cases throughout the United States including Alabama, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, New York, Texas and Puerto Rico. He practices in the State Courts of Florida and the State Courts of Colorado, as well as Federal Courts in Florida, Colorado, Kentucky and throughout the United States. I am admitted to practice in the following jurisdictions: U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida, U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida, U.S. District Court of Colorado and in the State Courts of Florida and State Courts of Colorado. I also has practiced Pro Hac Vice in the States of Alabama, California, New York, Puerto Rico and Texas.I graduated from Queens College, New York (B.A., 1979) and earned my law degree from the University of Miami Law School (J.D., 1982). I was admitted to the Florida Bar that same year. During the first three years of my career, I worked as a Prosecutor for Janet Reno where I was an Assistant State Attorney. I was elected President of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers - Miami Chapter in 1999 and continue to serve that organization as a Director since 1989.
