I have a business background which helps me aid businesses from formation through expansion and even franchising. Most lawyers do not have the practical business experience that I have accumulated over my career. I do not just place agreements and restructure your business based off of the law, I incorporate your operating procedures and work around the hurdles you face on a daily basis so your business will run more efficiently.. I also enjoy handling personal injury cases. I have had some family members go through tragic events prior to me becoming an attorney and I could not stand the treatment they recieved from the insurance companies. I was also not pleased with the communication with our attorney! That was part of the reason I became an attorney; I feel like communicaiton is my biggest strength, you will always get an immediate response from me.. Litigation is a long and painful process. No one wants to be involved in a lawsuit, but a lot of times it is necessary to use the justice system to correct a wrong. I love being in the Courtroom and I am always willing to take your case the distance.
