Prior to joining Leventhal Lewis in the firm’s Denver office, he was General Counsel and Director of Operations for an established Colorado construction firm where he gained extensive experience with contract drafting and negotiations, regulatory compliance, independent contractor and operations management, and employee policy development. Kevin also worked for over eight years with a large litigation firm in Denver. At that firm, Kevin practiced complex civil, securities, and employment litigation throughout the United States.. Kevin is known by his peers as a creative advocate who supports his legal advice with practical business acumen.
