Eric Driskell is a founding partner of Driskell, Fitz-Gerald & Ray, LLC. He is a native of Texas and graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver with a BA in History in 1998 and obtained his law degree from St. Mary’s University of San Antonio in 2001. Eric Driskell focuses his practice in the areas of family law and personal injury. His family law practice includes representing Fathers in divorce, custody, child support, post decree modifications, and restraining orders. In addition, Mr. Driskell engages in an avid personal injury practice including automobile accidents, ski accidents and medical malpractice. Eric Driskell is a member of Denver Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice. Mr. Driskell is licensed to practice law in both State and Federal Courts in Colorado and Arkansas. Mr. Driskell is a regular volunteer for 9News’ Lawline Nine and Mr. Driskell is on several nonprofit Boards of Trustees.
