I began practicing law in 2001 have a broad range of experience in civil and commercial litigation matters. I am admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Washington and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. As a Freelance Attorney, I serve attorneys, law firms and legal organizations looking to outsource legal work on a project basis, either short-term or long-term. The breadth of my experience makes me an excellent candidate for small or large projects, including legal research, legal memoranda and brief writing, pre-trial preparation, editing, document review, court appearances, taking or defending depositions, preparing witnesses for deposition or trial, internal investigations, employee, witness and client interviews, complex litigation and mass tort litigation management and assistance at trial. I have significant experience in document review and e-discovery projects. Whether you have a small or large-scale document review project, I can handle the project management aspects of the review, including assisting you with outsourcing to experienced e-discovery vendors, or handling smaller-scale document review projects solo or with a small team.
