Chuck provides advice to companies at all stages of growth, from start-ups to publicly listed companies, helping them successfully raise capital, complete acquisitions and divestitures, and comply with regulatory requirements.   Chuck works with clients across industries,  especially food and beverage companies.. Mergers and Acquisitions. He has represented clients in public tender offers, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and arrangements, including both domestic and cross-border transactions. These deals have ranged in size from a million dollars to over five hundred million dollars.. Securities and Corporate Governance. Chuck is well-versed in the legal issues surrounding private and public debt and equity offerings, including secondary and at-the-market offerings, in which he has represented issuers and major underwriters. He has significant experience representing public companies in 1934 Securities Exchange Act reporting work.
