“I have opposed Mr. Vining on two matters, most recently on a landlord tenant case. His straightforward, courteous and frank approach to both matters resolved them quickly, fairly, and with minimal cost and trauma to my clients and, I believe, to the advantage of his own -- without the stressful, costly b.s. and posturing which so often precedes a settlement which should have occurred long before. Since many landlord/tenant disputes involve the potential award of attorney fees to tenant's counsel, Mr. Vining's approach (in contrast to a matter I recently took to trial opposing another attorney) also avoids the disaster which overtook the unfortunate client of that other lawyer.
