Mr. Blackburn earned his undergraduate degree in economics from Stanford University and his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Upon graduation from law school he was recognized with the school’s exclusive Order of Barristers award for excellence in applied lawyering skills. While in law school Mr. Blackburn won the American Bar Association’s Negotiation Competition twice at the school level, was the 2005 Midwest regional champion, and competed successfully at the national level..
