“Manny did a wonderful job securing a full reversal in our favor with the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals on a employment agreement matter. The Court's opinion closely followed his arguments on our behalf in his briefing. I would highly recommend Manny for any appellate/IP work and will be using him in the future.”
