Jeffrey has received an AV® peer review rating indicating a Very High to Preeminent Legal Ability rating and a Very High General Ethical Standards rating. He has co-chaired the Cleveland Bar Association’s Wm. J. O’Neill Bankruptcy Institute and was a member of the Special Legislative Committee of the Cleveland Bar Association Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section. In addition, Jeffrey is a graduate of the Harvard Law School’s Negotiation Workshop.. With more than 25 years of experience, Jeffrey has worked on restructurings in a number of different industries, including manufacturing, retail, insurance, transportation, internet, real estate, mining, lodging and sports and entertainment. Jeffrey is the past chair of the Bankruptcy & Commercial Law Section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and was the Vice-President and Member of the Board of Trustees of the Cleveland Restoration Society. He was designated by Turnaround & Workouts as one of the twelve outstanding young bankruptcy lawyers nationally and has been recognized by his peers as a Ohio Super Lawyer.
