Prior to joining Primuth & Driskell, LLP as Senior Counsel in 2017, Mr. Everett worked at the international law firm of McDermott, Will and Emery and Anglin Flewelling Rasmussen Campbell & Trytten LLP (AFRCT), handling a wide variety of estate planning and probate matters.. Mr. Everett earned his juris doctor from Syracuse University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and earned a certificate in estate planning. After law school, Mr. Everett obtained an LLM in estate planning from the University of Miami Heckerling School of Law.. In addition to his activities as an attorney, Nicholas coaches Special Olympics with his wife, Ali, and serves on the board for multiple nonprofit organizations, including as President of Monrovia Providers Group, an organization serving the aging population of the San Gabriel foothills region.. Mr. Everett is admitted to practice law in all California state courts
