Ian M. Sack, received his Juris Doctorate from CUNY Law in 2002 & admitted to both the State & Federal Bar soon after. Sack, served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Sack then worked at a Suffolk County employment discrimination, labor & employment law firm. Sack then began as a Trial Attorney for a personal injury law firm. As a Major Case Trial Attorney, Mr. Sack tried high exposure personal injury cases involving serious injuries/death. Sack has taken jury verdicts in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, EDNY, Riverhead in State & Federal Courts. In March 2011, during one such trial, Sack’s client, a construction worker on a scaffold which collapsed under him, went to trial against the General Contractor who failed to provide safety equipment or a proper scaffold. The result was for the injured construction worker as well as his wife for over $4,200,000. There was no appeal. In April 19’, Mr. Sack founded the LAW OFFICES OF IAN M. SACK. This litigation firm handles personal injury litigation including car crashes, construction site injuries, nursing home abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, slips, trips, and falls due to unsafe conditions, SUM/UIM claims, criminal defense, discrimination and other representation. Mr. Sack personally handles ALL cases in his office often involving grave or catastrophic injury and wrongful death. Mr. Sack represents numerous mid-sized businesses providing counsel and guidance on issues related to coverage, claims and policy terms, labor/discrimination issues, business disputes and grievances as well as motor vehicle related infractions.
