Ava L. Zelenetsky, Esq.. ZELENETSKY & ASSOCIATES, P.C.. A native New Yorker, born in Manhattan and raised in the Bronx, I grew up to become a lawyer.  I practiced for years in the area of insurance defense as well as worked with plaintiff's law firms.  I founded Zelenetsky & Associates, P.C., a full service New York personal injury law firm formed in 2012, with the intention of providing individual and quality legal services to those injured in accidents, and we practice in the areas of both personal injury and workers compensation.. We handle all types of injury/accident cases, including auto, labor law (construction accidents), workers compensation, slipping and tripping accidents, falls, snow and ice accidents, premises liability, and municipal liability.  Our talented attorneys work together with our legal assistant to enable us to provide a small firm environment with large scale representation and results. We handle cases in the Bronx, Westchester, New York, Queens, Rockland, Nassau, Suffolk, Kings, Orange, Putnam, and Dutchess counties.. Our office is located in White Plains, New York, not far from Pace University School of Law, the alma matter of our founding member, Ava L. Zelenetsky, Esq.  Ms. Zelenetsky graduated from Pace in 1999 and was subsequently admitted to the New York State bar, which she passed the first time.  She began her legal career in the area of insurance defense and, after many years of practice and experience, she founded Zelenetsky & Associates, P.C. in 2012.  Her defense background enables Ms. Zelenetsky to successfully negotiate with claim representatives and defense attorneys and when settlement is not an option because the insurance companies aren’t offering enough money, our firm will aggressively litigate the case through verdict and all the way through appeal, if needed..
