I enjoy being able to help individuals start and grow their businesses by helping them select the appropriate business entity to accomplish their goals. I provide all the necessary documents that the business needs to protect the owners and the business.. Along with business law, I help clients through the litigation process. I help clients with everything from filing the initial complaint through trial.
