Ted is also a Louisiana Certified Public Accountant (CPA).. Ted graduated from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law in 1999 with a Juris Doctor degree, and the University of Florida College of Law in 2000 with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Taxation, regularly ranked second in the nation for all Graduate Tax Programs in the United States.
