Scarpino graduated from The John Marshall Law School where he was elected Class Representative. He went on to become an Assistant State’s Attorney in DuPage County where he developed his reputation as an excellent Criminal trial attorney. Knowing what cases to take to trial and what cases to settle through negotiation, Frank also developed a reputation as tough but fair.. He later used this reputation in private practice to successfully defend thousands of criminal, D.U.I. and traffic cases.
