Michael J. Nysather, Esq. is a graduate of Arizona State University where he obtained degrees in Finance and Real Estate in 1988 and his Juris Doctorate from San Diego in 1991.. Michael has a broad background in business, real estate development and finance, working as in-house for John Burnham & Company in San Diego, as well as Heitman Financial, Ltd., in San Francisco, California.. Prior to entering private practice, Michael was involved in the start-up and growth of several Arizona based corporations. He co-founded the start-up of Global Fulfillment Services, Inc., (“GFS”) a Phoenix, Arizona based promotion fulfillment service provider. GFS went on to become one of the largest rebate companies in the Promotion Fulfillment industry.. Michael volunteered his time as a member of Operation American Patriot (OAP) where he served on the board of directors as Chief Legal Counsel and was committed to providing legal services to veterans and their families.. In 1994, he formed Wade & Nysather, P.C., along with partner Michael Wade which grew into Wade & Nysather AZ Accident Attorneys, a practice focusing on automobile accidents, wrongful death, and personal injury cases.. In his free time, Michael enjoys traveling, skiing, playing golf, and spending time with his family.
