In addiiton, we have significant experience with disputes relating to auto coverage, including underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) and personal injury protection (PIP). We're also very experienced in handling extra-contractual litigation in Washington, including claims for bad faith and under the Insurance Fair Conduct Act (IFCA) and Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
