He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR) and is also accredited by the US Department of Veterans Affairs.. Member of the Kentucky bar. Licensed to practice law in all Kentucky courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
