Mark chaired the first joint New York Bar Environmental Law Section, American Bar Association, New Jersey Bar and USEPA-sponsored symposium on U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region II issues. He served as a faculty member of an ALI-ABA Seminar on Environmental Litigation, and chaired a number of Practising Law Institute courses. He has also chaired environmental programs for Annual Meetings of both the Environmental Law Section of the New Jersey Bar and the Environmental Law Section of the New York Bar..
