He is a member of several committees of the Minnesota Association for Justice and also sits on its Board of Governors.. Rich focuses his practice on cases involving car accidents, traumatic brain injury (TBI), food poisoning, premises liability, medical malpractice, and product liability. He recovered a $3,750,000 settlement for the victim of a recreational vehicle accident. He has represented hundreds of victims of various personal injury accidents. Rich has tried numerous cases to a jury with excellent results.. Rich authored and published an article on “Debunking the Top 10 Myths of Traumatic Brain Injury: Effective Cross Examination of the Defense Neuropsychologist.” His article was first published by the Minnesota Association for Justice magazine; Rich then reworked the article for the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association magazine.. Outside of his legal practice, Rich is an avid participant in the sport of curling. As a member of Team Brown, he recently won the U.S. National Curling Championships and represented the United States as Team USA in the World Curling Championships in April 2008.. Rich lives in Brooklyn Park with his wife, Sherry, and his two children, Hannah and Nicholas. He enjoys softball, curling, basketball, racquetball, fishing, and basically most sports.
