I am a trial attorney that specializes in representing injured persons as a result of the negligent and reckless conduct of others. Many of the cases I handle are serious injury and death cases that result from auto and truck crashes, defective products, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, construction accidents and trip and fall cases. I am rated AV by Martindale Hubbell as having the highest level of legal competence and ethics and have been consistently named in Best Lawyers in America and New Jersey since 2006. I am Certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court and Board Certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. In 2007-2008, I served as President of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey.. Most importantly, I care about the people I represent and the results that I achieve for my clients.
