Mr. Velie is the founder of Victory Law group, LLP.  Mr Velie's practice primarily involves the representation of individual and commercial entities in civil litigation and transactional matters.  Mr. Velie primarily represent litigation related clients in matters involving real estate litigation, transactional matters, construction disputes, commercial contract disputes, internet disputes, employment disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, bankruptcy, tort, personal injury claims, corporate partnerships, and shareholder disputes.. Mr. Velie earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Southern California School of Law.  Prior to attending USC Law School, Mr. Velie attended Loyola Law School where he was in the top 15% of his class after his first year.  Prior to graduation, Mr. Velie externed for Honorable Judge Erithe A. Smith at the United States Bankruptcy Court in Santa Ana, California.  Before attending USC Law School, Mr. Velie earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from San Diego State University.  Mr. Velie graduated Magna Cum Laude with a distinction in Finance.  In addition Mr. Velie graduated from San Diego State's inaugural Business Honors Program, and earned membership into Phi Beta Kappa's honor society.  Mr. Velie also studied Finance at the Balliol College of Economics at Oxford University in England during which time he earned a membership in the Oxford Union.. Mr. Velie has been recognized as the 2014, 2015, and 2016 Rising Star with Super Lawyers, and is also an AV® Rated Attorney with Martindal Hubbel.
