I also have experience with conducting internal investigations for both public and private companies, and representing companies and corporate management in SEC inquiries and proceedings. In addition, I have extensive experience with non-competition and non-solicitation disputes, theft and misuse of trade secrets, and other employment matters. I have advised companies of all sizes, in a variety of industries, on avoiding, defending, prosecuting, and resolving litigation.
