He is admitted to practice before all the California courts, the United States District Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.. Wilkie is well versed on legal disputes involving real estate. He has handled real estate disputes from inception all the way to the United States Supreme Court.  He is a licensed real estate broker and has written and lectured on issues involving real estate litigation.. Wilkie graduated cum laude from UCLA, and obtained his law degree from Loyola University School of Law, graduating with honors and selected for membership into the Sir Thomas More Honor Society.
