Bill is an accomplished corporate executive and lawyer, who practices law with the pragmatism of a business person. Currently, Bill is the President and a practicing attorney with Dolan Law LLC. He also serves on the Pennsylvania Bar Association Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee, is a member of the Taxation Section of the Delaware State Bar Association, and is a member of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association. Additionally, Bill is a member of the board of directors of the Delaware Valley Filmmaking Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the arts throughout the Delaware Valley. Prior to Bill’s current role, he practiced law with Richards, Layton & Finger, an internationally recognized corporate law firm.. Bill graduated from Rutgers School of Law—Newark magna cum laude, was a member of its Law Review and Moot Court Board, interned for the Honorable Novalyn L. Winfield in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, and was a research assistant and teaching associate for the Legal Research and Writing department.. Prior to law school, Bill had an accomplished business career. He was the Chief Executive Officer of a boutique mortgage company for nearly ten years, was a majority partner in a regional title company, was a real estate investor, and produced two independent films. Since 2003, Bill has been a regular guest on television and radio programs and a speaker at a variety of events as a financial services, real estate, and legal expert.
